Resident and Team Member Weekly Covid-19 Status Update as of 02/23/23
The information below is Greenfield Care Center of Fairfield’s recent update to help ensure residents, family, team members and the community are kept up to date on our current COVID-19 status.
In the event of a positive case, we have protocols in place to protect our residents and team members including testing and immediately isolating residents with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. In addition, team members with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are tested and directed to stay at home until they are fully recovered.

COVID-19 positive residents under isolation unit: 0
To control and prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, we encourage all visitors to be up to date with all their COVID vaccines and boosters. Anyone with symptoms should test to rule out possible COVID infection and spreading COVID-19 to our residents. In addition, anyone with symptoms should refrain from visiting or utilize other means such as FaceTime, Skype, Google Meet, window visits or outdoor visits.
