Resident and Team Member Weekly Covid-19 Status Update as of 07/15/2024

The information below is Greenfield Care Center of Fairfield’s recent update to help ensure residents, family, team members and the community are kept up to date on our current COVID-19 status.

In the event of a positive case, we have protocols in place to protect our residents and team members including testing and immediately isolating residents with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. In addition, team members with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 are  tested and directed to stay at home until they are fully recovered.

To control and prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, we encourage all visitors to be up to date with COVID vaccine to prevent. Anyone with symptoms should test to rule out possible COVID-19 infection and to prevent spreading COVID-19 virus to our residents. In addition, anyone with symptoms should refrain from visiting or utilize other means such as FaceTime, Skype, Google Meet, or outdoor visits. Together, we can prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
